Chevy gave four aftermarket customizers 6 weeks to complete a wild HHR build-off. The customizers were allowed to apply styling and performance changes anyway they wanted. These customized Chevy HHR's will be featured on The Learning Channel "Rides" program to air later this summer. They will also be displayed at future events around the country.
The cars were customized by Teazer, YearOne, Darkside, and Unique Performance.

Unique Performance Custom HHR features:
Two-tone white and black paint job with green pin stripes, audio system by Grand Prarie Audio, center dash speaker, center console LCD flat panel video screen, large custom wheels, appears lowered, V8 engine with supercharger and rear wheel drive modification, Two-tone leather interior, racing seatbelts, custom steering column and steering wheel, custom smooth painted center console and dash, custom instrumentation, rocker panel side output exhaust system, custom modified front and rear bumpers look smoothly integrated with body, modified to appear as a panel truck with no windows in the rear sides but rear door still functional, shaved door handles all doors and liftgate, custom lighted HHR logo smooth painted door panels hold the door audio speakers, cowl induction style hood with retaining pins and forward scoop shaped grill area, unique mostly open grill area with Chevrolet bowtie logo, smooth finished rear liftgate, thin horizontal LED taillights in rear bumber. "We deliver HHR" pinstriped in the tailgate.
