Does it cost anything to start a Chapter of HHR Club?
We are assisting local HHR Club chapters to form who can be a part of our online community
while at the same time organizing activities like club meetings or meet & greets on a local level.
We invite you to help our members have fun and enjoy the HHR Club.
There are no chapter formation fees, all we ask is that you first join our club and
that all the members of your chapter join also.
How do I start a Chapter of HHR Club?
It only takes one or two HHR Club members to form a chapter.
Fill out our
chapter application,
then we will send you a Chapter Charter document.
Once you review and sign the Chapter Charter document, return a copy to us by mail or fax.
How is a HHR Club Chapter structured?
A Chapter will be organized by a Chapter Coordinator and Assistant Chapter Coordinator,
Chapters can hold monthly meetings open to all Chapter members.
Most of the HHR Club meet & greets and cruises will be organized by Chapters on a local level.

Does the national club (HHR Club) send any money Chapters?
No, our member dues are set at a low level to fund only the operating costs of our national club and web site.
The member dues are not intended to pay for events or local activities.
HHR Club chapters primary function is to organize local activities and social functions.
The Chapter is authorized to set reasonable event fees to cover
operating expenses for the Chapter's social activities.
The Chapter is authorized to seek out sponsors to help offset operating expenses.
The Chapter Coordinator assumes all responsibility for managing
funding of social meetings, events, activities etc.
by collecting needed funds from the participants or sponsors on a "pay as you go" basis.
Do HHR Club Chapter members have to be HHR Club members?
Yes, all Chapter members must be HHR Club members with current annual dues.
Most people do not understand how much time and expense actually goes into an organization.
Your member dues fund the operating costs of the national club and web site (HHR Club).
There may be some who don't want to pay our dues for various
reasons, they can come to our events, but they are not club members, have no
member benefits on our web site, are not invited to monthly chapter meetings,
and can't vote on your chapter issues.
Can HHR Club Chapters charge member dues in addition to HHR Club member dues?
No, a properly run chapter can fund all of its activities by setting reasonable event fees for
event attendees to cover operating expenses for the Chapter's social activities events and meetings.

If I start a Chapter how will I know when a member joins my chapter?
The chapter coordinator will receive an email when a new HHR Club member joins.
This will allow you to contact the member and welcome them to your local group.
The member will also receive an email indicating they joined the national club as a member of your chapter.
Annual dues renewal emails will be sent directly to the member from the national club.
Should we form our own Club or form a Chapter of HHR Club?
HHR Club is a national club with a large online community.
Our web site provides a wealth of information about the HHR, constant amusement and warm friendships.
Why re-invent the wheel?
Most social gatherings of HHR Club members will be organized by HHR Club Chapters,
HHR Club activities will be sanctioned and insured
Club activities include any social function, meeting,
picnic, cruise, tour, meet & greet, cruise night, party, parade, rally,

our national calendar we approve and sanction them with one simple online form.

The HHR Club reserves the right to refuse a chapter or cancel a chapter at any time or for any reason. It will be in the sole discretion of the HHR Club to approve or deny a Chapter application, all decisions are final.
